1. Service Description
MechanicAssists provides emergency roadside assistance, breakdown support, and doorstep maintenance services for cars and two-wheelers in Bengaluru. We operate as a Partnership Firm dedicated to getting your vehicle back on the road.
2. Service Requests & Response Time
While we strive to provide 24/7 assistance, response times may vary based on traffic conditions, weather, and mechanic availability. We will provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) when you contact us.
3. Payment Terms
- Charges: A visiting charge/inspection fee applies for the mechanic to travel to your location. This is payable even if the vehicle cannot be repaired on-spot due to major mechanical failure.
- Methods: We accept Cash and UPI payments immediately upon completion of the service.
4. Limitation of Liability
MechanicAssists facilitates repairs by skilled mechanics. However, we are not liable for pre-existing mechanical conditions in your vehicle or any consequential damages arising from the breakdown.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
