By accessing and using the services of MechanicAssists, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
We aim to dispatch mechanics to your location within 30 minutes. However, this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Response times are strictly subject to local Bengaluru traffic conditions, weather, road closures, and mechanic availability. We hold no liability for delays beyond our control.
Because every vehicle and breakdown situation is unique, accurate pricing cannot be determined until our mechanics physically inspect the vehicle. Final repair costs and visiting charges will be communicated to you directly by the mechanic before any major work begins. Payment must be completed immediately upon the completion of the service on-site via UPI, Cash, or standard digital methods.
While our network of mechanics acts with the utmost professionalism, MechanicAssists acts as an aggregator and dispatch service. We are not liable for pre-existing damages to your vehicle, or any incidental damages arising from standard roadside recovery attempts. Spare parts provided by mechanics carry the standard manufacturer warranty.
If a mechanic has already been dispatched to your location and you cancel the service upon their arrival, a standard visiting/cancellation fee will apply to cover the travel and time expenses incurred.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
